Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
Shipping Times

Australia: 3–7 business days
Express (Australia): 1–3 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Change of mind returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Watches showing signs of wear or damage after use.
Items not returned in original condition and packaging.
